This is what KK has to say about his latest album Humsafar:
"Hi I am back. Hope you are as happy as I am. Just after "Pal" (KK's hit Hindi Pop album) released, I got to sing 'Tadap Tadap', which opened up the film playback world.

For me it's the journey that matters and not the destination, I decided to take the playback route for a while. I could always do another album, so I thought. Little did I know that it would be 8 years.

These last 8 years, I've had some great songs to sing for films. I thank all the music directors for believing in my ability.

But I guess the artist in me wasn't satisfied and so I began another journey... A journey to rediscover myself which has given me this album "Humsafar". I'm so happy. God helped me realize my dream once again."
